This is a reminder notification that we plan on returning to in person learning on Thursday December 3, 2020 for those who choose to attend in person. We will continue to offer the A/B and full remote models for those who have chosen those options when we transitioned to the four day in person model. The school day will be a full schedule meaning no early dismissal at 2pm. We will have full in person learning available M/T/Th/Fri and a remote learning day each Wednesday.
If we see an issue with increased Covid positive cases and quarantine before Thursday, that would require our current full remote option to be extended, we will notify you either late Tuesday or on Wednesday of this week. Please continue to self-certify daily. If your student is symptomatic or has been in contact with a positive case please quarantine and talk with our nursing staff to determine the best course of action. With the return to in person learning we will discontinue meal delivery beginning December 3, 2020. For those families who are learning remotely after Dec. 3 meals can still be picked up at the school of your choice on a daily basis.
It is our goal to continue in person learning through the end of the semester, but that will weigh heavily on maintaining a healthy staff and student population. Insuring that students are not sent to school while exhibiting symptoms is extremely important. Please help us keep our staff and families happy and healthy for the holidays by doing your part. Thank you.
