On April 6, 2021, three seats for the PORTA Board of Education will be open for election. During this election four candidates are running for those three (3) seats. Incumbants are Jeff Smith and Jeremy Garner and new candidates are Jackie Brant and Tracy Thornton. We would like to share biographical information on the candidates and invite everyone to attend a "Meet the Candidate Night" on March 24th beginning at 7:00 PM and ending at 8:30 PM. During the "Meet the Candidat" event candidates will have an opportunity to share the reasons they are running for the Board of Education and will take questions during the Q and A session. We look forward to everyone attending our event on March 24th at 7:00 PM in the HS Auditorium.
