As you should already know we will begin offering a four day model for in person learning beginning November 5, 2020. The schedule for the four day model will include Mon, Tues. Thurs and Friday in-person learning on a 2:00pm dismissal schedule. Wednesdays will continue to be full remote days. By now you should have been asked to contact your student’s office or teacher to confirm your choice for your students. For parents of junior-senior high school students, if you want to change your child's attendance status, you must call and notify the appropriate office by 7:00 pm on Thursday, Oct. 29th. So, if you you are planning on your student attending 4 day in person learning please make sure you have notified the correct office of your decision. Additionally, if you have not made your final decision for your K-6 grade student’s in-person learning choices you will also be asked to forward your final decision by Thursday Oct. 29th. It is imperative that we have this information so that we can make any physical adjustments to classrooms and other spaces we will be utilizing beginning Nov. 5th.
With the learning model change the PORTA District will discontinue meal deliveries beginning November 5th. Meals for remote learners (full/A/B Schedule and Wednesdays only) may be pickup up daily at any building of your family’s choice. If you would like to have daily meals (Breakfast and Lunch) prepared for pickup please email the following information:

Monday November 2nd will be our final remote planning day for our staff and students will not be in attendance. Tuesday November 3rd is a State Holiday for Election Day. Wednesday November 4th will be a normal remote Wednesday and Thursday November 5th will be the first day of our four day learning model.
